This log home is designed with the efficiency of cost in mind. We wanted to find a way to responsibly design a structure that was cost effective in the use of materials and a practical application for timesaving labor.  Even though there were so many goals to meet, this project translated into a home that works.  The overall effect of this home is a very traditional ranch style cabin that can make a dream a reality!  The home is best feature is that it has so much great space for entertaining, both inside and outside.  The kitchen is large with the most wonderful pantry.  The entry hall is grand for such a conservative footprint.  The main floor bedroom is such a great size with plenty of closet space. The size of home doubles with a full basement that has so much utility space and a large game room.
